Article.com is a wonderful Canadian-based company, with warehouses in the U.S. At the time we purchased our leather loveseat/sofa, much of their furniture appeared to be made/assembled in Vietnam instead of China. I wanted to see how the loveseat held up to the daily abuse of two humans, two dogs and two cats (with claws!) for the first two years. The loveseat is doing great and we squeeze the two humans and the 125# dog on it several nights a week to watch a TV series. The color and cushioning have held up great. When we initially received the sofa, the local shippers had damaged the packaging and Article was quickly responsive to fix the issue. Imitation is considered the highest form of flattery...Article now has a lot of competitors on the market with similar items but I'm willing to bet that those other companies don't have the friendly, supportive and English-speaking customer service staff that Article does. That is why even though Article.com furniture might cost slightly more than the "same" item from another seller, that I am more than willing to continue to purchase from Article. Those wonderful employees at Article.com earn their keep and it's nice knowing those few extra dollars contribute to Article employees having decent jobs and benefits. Pay it forward!

Article is notoriously terrible for shipping items on time. Most items aren't in stock for weeks or months and if you do choose to go ahead with the order, you're usually met with multiple delays. It's a huge problem with the company that needs to be addressed.

Barbara from Article reached out to me after reading my review. She was able to send out a new sofa to me right away!
I opted to get the "timber rain in pebble gray" (a more expensive sectional)instead of the Sven Charme Tan sofa since it will be better suited for our large family by paying the difference,  I received it today and It is absolutely gorgeous!

OLD REVIEW:
I ordered the Sven Charme Tan Sofa 3 seater. The sofa cost $1899. Pretty pricey but I loved the color and design.
However, when I received the sofa it arrived slightly broken. The leather faded really fast and the cushion kept sliding off the couch. I was getting super frustrated having to positioned it everyday while sitting and getting off.
After 2 months the sofa got so low to the ground. So I contacted Tony Chin "Manager, Customer Service & Canada Logistics" and told him my concerns.
He was very nice at first and decided to send out 2 guys from Metro mile to take a look at the sofa, they both confirmed and agreed that the sofa was broken. One of the guy sat in the middle while the other took a photo.
Then the worse happened, Tony Chin called me after messaging him numerous time to give me a solution about their findings, He straight out lied to me that the guys said the sofa wasn't broken. So I called back the guys with confusion as to why they would lie. Metro mIle said "I told Tony Chin the truth that the sofa was indeed broken".
Shame on you TONY CHIN for lying so bold fully. You are truly one despicable human being. And I am utterly disgusted at you.
I have no sofa for me and my family to sit on to this day. I had to throw it away. All I ask was for Article to replace it or issue me a partial refund to fix it.

Really have enjoyed the “article experience!” I feel valued as a customer and always look to their site first when thinking of buying a new piece for my home. Great value, great quality, great style, and great service! Can’t ask for much more than that.

I ordered a leather couch and end table for my son. He loves both pieces. The couch is super comfortable and both pieces are high quality.

We LOVE our new coffee table! We had been looking for an attractive round/oval coffee table for our family room for months. We have kids and animals so it needed to be durable and it definitely is! Now we're eyeing the end tables to match.

The communication once I purchased the item I wanted was also great. I knew the ETA on the item and then received delivery date and time confirmation. I highly recommend Article based on this experience and would shop there again.
